These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Tipply’s platform by individuals and businesses who submit cleaning job requests (“Job Posters”). By using the platform, you agree to the following:

1. Service Overview

Tipply provides an online platform where Job Posters can submit cleaning job requests, which are then made available to registered cleaning partners (“Cleaners”). Tipply does not provide cleaning services directly.

2. Job Submission
  • Job Posters must provide accurate and honest information.
  • Submissions that are fraudulent, incomplete, or misleading may be removed without notice.
  • Submitting a job does not guarantee responses from Cleaners.
3. No Contract With Tipply

Tipply is not a party to any agreement made between Job Posters and Cleaners. Any work agreed, pricing, communication, or disputes are strictly between those parties.

4. Contact With Cleaners

Once a job is posted, Cleaners may contact Job Posters directly. Tipply does not participate in or monitor these communications.

5. Fees

Posting a job is currently free. If this changes in the future, notice will be provided.

6. Data Use

By submitting a job, you agree that your contact and job details may be shared with registered Cleaners for the purpose of quoting or arranging services.

7. Liability

Tipply:

  • Does not vet or guarantee the quality, availability, or reliability of any Cleaner.
  • Is not responsible for damage, negligence, delays, or unsatisfactory work carried out by Cleaners.

Job Posters are encouraged to conduct their own checks before hiring.

8. Cancellation & Removal of Jobs

Tipply may remove any posted job that:

  • Appears spam, fraudulent, or irrelevant
  • Violates legal requirements
  • Contains abusive or harmful content

9. Complaints

Issues relating to a Cleaner should be handled directly with that Cleaner.

10. Changes to Terms

Tipply reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
